Services

We provide machining and sheet metal fabrication on production and small lot quantities. We can maintain tolerances into the .0001’s on machined parts, and routinely provide high quality machined and sheet metal parts with a focus on cosmetic quality.

We have both a CNC line of machine tools, as well as conventional machine tools for smaller quantity builds and tooling. We utilize a CAD software system that allows us to receive engineering files which we can translate directly into machine tool programs to produce the parts on our CNC equipment. We also are able to generate machine tool programs from traditional drawings provided in PDF or other formats.

We also provide assembly services on finished mechanical designs, if that is a requirement. Our personnel are trained and managed to respect the need for superior quality on all jobs, and in all facets of the manufacturing process. Each job has a process guideline and this is stored for each item we manufacture. Each job is produced according to the same process guideline that was carefully developed on the initial run, and this is repeated every time, so there are no variations in outcome due to different processing procedures.
