About Us

Boss Tool and Mfg., Inc. was started in 1971, in San Jose, CA. Boss Tool relocated from the Bay Area, California to Boise, Idaho in late 2016. We have served many companies throughout the years, and have provided machine and sheet metal parts for many industries. We service medical, industrial, power, aerospace, electronics, among other industries. We provide CNC as well as conventional machining and sheet metal options, and can provide larger quantity to prototype development lots for our customers’ particular needs.

Our goal is to provide our customers with a full service approach, managing all aspects of the product needed. We procure materials, manufacture the parts, and manage the finishes. We specialize in high quality, high cosmetic and/or dimensional requirements.
